🔁 Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include tags and original packaging (if applicable)
  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or received a damaged item?

We offer exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Manufacturing defects
    (Proof of issue may be required)

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to begin an exchange.

 


💸 Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@cc3clothing.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Once approved, send your item back to the return address provided.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping for your return.
